Telehealth enables you to meet with your provider virtually by phone, tablet, or computer via HIPPA compliant video conferencing.

How to schedule an appointment:

  • 1. Schedule an appointment online or by calling our office at 1-800-919-0118.
  • 2. We will email a link to your HIPPA secure video appointment.
  • 3.Evaluation At the time of your appointment, you will join a secure video session with your provider. You and your provider will discuss your treatment plan.
  • 4.Treatment If prescribed medication your prescription will be sent directly to your pharmacy and a follow up appointment is scheduled.
