Dr․ Omotola O․ T’Sarumi is a board-certified psychiatrist with specialized expertise in addiction psychiatry and the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety, and co-occurring substance use conditions. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services.
Dr. T’Sarumi earned her medical degree from Xavier University School of Medicine and completed her psychiatry residency at Columbia University/Harlem Hospital Center. She further advanced her training through a clinical fellowship in addiction psychiatry at Mass General Brigham, affiliated with Harvard Medical School, where she developed expertise in treating substance use disorders alongside complex psychiatric conditions.
She currently practices as an attending psychiatrist at McLean Hospital, where she provides comprehensive care for patients with depression, anxiety, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Her work includes psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning for patients in emergency and inpatient settings. In addition, she serves as Medical Director of a residential treatment program, overseeing patient care and coordinating transitions to appropriate community resources.
Dr. T’Sarumi also maintains her own practice as CEO and Medical Director, where she provides psychiatric care as well as services related to weight management and overall wellness. Her clinical experience extends across multiple institutions and settings, including hospital systems and consultation roles, allowing her to treat a wide range of psychiatric and medical conditions with a holistic, integrated approach.
