Dr. Angela Otegbulu is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care across both mental health and primary care settings. She has extensive experience treating diverse patient populations and is committed to improving access to care, particularly for underserved communities. Dr. Otegbulu earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice and advanced training in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Massachusetts Global.

She also holds a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Charles Drew University, providing a strong foundation in both psychiatric and general medical care. Her clinical experience spans correctional health, primary care, and outpatient mental health settings. She currently provides comprehensive psychiatric care, including evaluation.
