Dr. Fahim Rasul is a board-eligible psychiatrist dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to patients across the lifespan. He is currently in private practice at Thrive Psychiatry, where he focuses on helping individuals achieve meaningful improvements in their mental wellness through personalized, patient-centered treatment plans.
Dr. Rasul completed his psychiatric residency at Unity Health in Searcy, Arkansas, where he gained extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. During his training, he provided care across a wide range of populations, including adults, adolescents, and individuals with substance use disorders. He also served on multiple committees, including the Behavioral Health and Diversity Committees, demonstrating his commitment to advancing quality care and inclusivity in mental health services.
In addition to his clinical experience, Dr. Rasul is trained in innovative treatment modalities such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, allowing him to offer advanced options for patients with treatment-resistant conditions.
Dr. Rasul earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kansas City University. Prior to pursuing medicine, he graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Journalism, an experience that helps inform his strong communication skills and patient rapport.
He is licensed to practice in Arkansas and maintains current certifications in ACLS and BLS.
