Dr. Fabian Ogala is a psychiatry resident physician with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, bringing a strong foundation in both medical and mental health care. Dr. Ogala earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating with magna cum laude distinction. His combined background in medicine and nursing allows him to approach patient care with a comprehensive and holistic perspective.
He is currently completing his psychiatry residency at Community Health of South Florida, where he conducts comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides psychotherapy and medication management. He works closely with interdisciplinary teams to monitor patient progress and optimize outcomes, and actively participates in academic presentations and case discussions.
Prior to his medical training in psychiatry, Dr. Ogala gained extensive clinical experience as a registered nurse across multiple settings, including intensive care and home health.
