How to schedule an appointment:
- Schedule an appointment online or by calling our office at 1-877-515-8113.
- We will email a link to your HIPAA secure video appointment.
- Evaluation At the time of your appointment, you will join a secure video session with your provider. You and your provider will discuss your treatment plan.
- Treatment If prescribed medication your prescription will be sent directly to your pharmacy and a follow up appointment is scheduled.
