As a therapist, my mission is to empower individuals to lead authentic lives by fostering a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their stories, overcome past traumas, and deepen their understanding of who they truly are. With empathy and dedication, I guide my clients toward meaning, wholeness, and self-discovery, emphasizing the importance of a strong therapeutic alliance.
I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University, where I honed my skills in providing honest and compassionate support. Prior to this, I completed my undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University, earning a degree in Health Sciences with a minor in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Over the past 2.5 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with adolescents, individuals, and couples, witnessing the transformative power of therapy firsthand. My passion for holistic health drives my sessions as I integrate the mind-body connection with identity work, helping clients gain clarity on their values, beliefs, and sense of self. By exploring these aspects, I support clients in developing a deeper understanding of themselves and creating lives that align with their authentic identities.
